2. Services

Jolie Adventures provides adventure travel, yoga retreats, and workshop experiences. All services are subject to availability and may be modified based on weather, local conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Booking and Payment

  • A deposit is required to confirm your booking
  • Full payment is due 30 days before the start date
  • Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Payment methods will be specified at time of booking

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 60+ days before: Full refund minus processing fees
  • Cancellations 30-59 days before: 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 30 days: No refund
  • We reserve the right to cancel trips due to insufficient participants or safety concerns, with full refunds provided

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation. Some of our trips involve remote areas and high altitudes.

6. Health and Fitness Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet the physical requirements of their chosen experience. Please consult your doctor before booking if you have any health concerns, especially for high-altitude trips.

7. Assumption of Risk

Adventure travel and outdoor activities involve inherent risks. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge these risks and agree to hold Jolie Adventures harmless from any liability arising from your participation.

8. Code of Conduct

Participants agree to:

  • Respect local cultures, customs, and environments
  • Follow instructions from guides and facilitators
  • Maintain respectful behavior toward other participants
  • Not engage in any illegal activities

9. Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos during our programs for marketing purposes. Please inform us if you do not wish to be photographed.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Jolie Adventures and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jolie Adventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dali, Yunnan.
